A regional Internet registry (RIR) is an organization overseeing the allocation and registration of Internet number resources within a particular region of the world. Resources include IP addresses (both IPv4 and IPv6) and autonomous system numbers (for use in BGP routing).

There are currently five RIRs in operation:

• African Network Information Centre (AfriNIC)
• American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)
• Asia-Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC)
• Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry (LATNIC)
• RIPE Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC)

The following is a list of our information on Regions, ISPs, CIDRs, and IPs that we are currently Blocking:

• Blocking ISPs, CIDRs, and IPs in all 5 Regions
• Blocking 108 Internet Service Providers - 11 are Foriegn (not USA)
• Blocking 235 CIDRs - 92 are Foriegn (not USA)
• Blocking 180 IPs - 16 are Foriegn (not USA)
